RØDE NT5 MP - Stereo Pair 1/2" Cardioid Condenser Microphones
The RØDE NT5 is a pencil condenser microphone with a cardioid polar pattern. It’s commonly used to mic acoustic instruments, as drum overheads, for cymbals and in live applications. This externally polarized microphone features a 1/2" capsule and an active J-FET impedance converter with a two-pole output buffer. Its narrow cardioid pattern also makes it well suited to dialogue recording with a mic stand or a boom pole in the film studio.
If required, the NT5 can be fitted with an optional omnidirectional capsule (NT45-O). The NT5 has a satin-nickel housing and is also available as an acoustically matched pair. The NT5 is made in Australia and qualifies for a free extension of the RØDE warranty to 10 years.
