With the high-quality microphone from the Omnitronic FAS series, specially designed for wind instruments, you get a technically convincing solution that connects perfectly to bodypack transmitters and delivers excellent sound quality live or in the rehearsal room.

This microphone was specifically developed to capture woodwind and brass instruments with the utmost precision and minimal visual intrusion. The compact condenser capsule with Ø 9.7 mm x 5 mm allows unobtrusive mounting on the instrument, while the robust metal housing meets the demands of live use.

Sound Quality and Technology in Focus

The integrated condenser capsule provides a clear, natural reproduction of your wind instrument across the entire frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 000 Hz. The signal-to-noise ratio of over 78 dB delivers a very clean signal with high dynamics and minimal self-noise. The impedance is 680 ohms, and the sensitivity is -45 dB — technical values that, especially in combination with a bodypack transmitter, provide optimal performance.

Live-Ready and Reliable

Thanks to the hypercardioid polar pattern, disturbing ambient noise and feedback are effectively minimized — a major advantage on stages or in rehearsal rooms with high volume and tight setups. The connection cable with a length of 3.05 m gives you sufficient freedom of movement without compromise. Connection is via a 3.5 mm mono jack plug with power of 2-10 V DC — optimal for use with FAS-series bodypack transmitters.

Transport and Accessories
