BRIGHT LED TECHNOLOGY: 4 LEDs in the colors red, green, blue and white, each with 3 watts of power let light spots dance throughout the room and thus conjures up a large-area light effect. In addition, 16 LEDs of 0.5 watts each provide a top-class strobe effect. The DS-3 can work fully automatically or at the tempo of the music.
EASY OPERATION: The 4 buttons on the back of the device can be used to select various parameters. A simple menu structure allows an intuitive use without having to consult the manual every time. The 4-digit display shows the current settings. The display switches itself on and off automatically to avoid unnecessary ambient light. Which mode is currently active can still be read from the dedicated LEDs.
CONTROL PER DMX: The Showlite DS-3 can be controlled with any standard DMX controller in 1- or 4-channel mode. With the DMX-Out on the rear side, several devices can be easily connected to each other, allowing the installation and comfortable control of a lighting system of any desired size.
REMOTE CONTROL: Even without a controller, the emitter can be controlled with the enclosed infrared remote control. You have access to the parameters color combination, speed and strobe on/off. An important detail, especially if the Derby is mounted out of reach on the ceiling.
PROFESSIONAL FEATURES: Not only does the DS-3 have a roadworthy metal housing, but it is also equipped with an eyelet for safety ropes and an ICE power output for operating the nearest device.

The hybrid device can be used in both master and slave mode. Simply connect several units together and set one spotlight as master. For instance, the derby with the best microphone signal will control the direction, while all the other units work simultaneously.
