Looking for a 6U high rack tray or back panel as a 19" solution for my Red Sound DarkStar, I found only two solutions in all music and rack shops. One was too deep at 15cm; the Obsidian kit is a bit too low at 5U, but with an empty U, angled connectors and some velcro everything fits and holds.
The original rack ears for the DarkStar are rarer than an old tube screamer; matching new ones are also impossible to find.
For the price unbeatable - if you don't want to cut, drill, polish and powder coat the steel yourself.
