Shure PSM 300 S8 Premium In-Ear Monitoring!
The PSM 300 stereo in-ear monitoring system delivers wireless stereo monitoring with new, detailed 24-bit audio processing and secure RF transmission. Patented Audio Reference Companding guarantees clear sound, a clean signal without artifacts, and reliable RF transmission with up to 90 m range without dropouts.
Scan and Sync on the bodypack receiver lets you scan the RF environment and transfer a free channel to the system via infrared. Volume control, MixMode technology or Stereo Mode help create a personal monitor mix from two audio signals.
The stereo in-ear monitoring system also includes a rack-mount kit, a 1/4-wave lambda antenna, a power supply, 2 AA batteries and a user manual.

The P3RA bodypack of the "Premium In-Ear Monitoring System" shares all features of the P3R bodypack from the "Stereo In-Ear Monitoring System". In addition, the P3RA offers the following extra features:
