The Pronomic MS-200 is a solid mic stand with an elegant base for solid, quiet standing even under adverse stage properties.

With the practical one-hand closure the height adjustment is nice and easy. By pressing the one-hand adjustment, the height of the stand can be expanded up to the maximum height of 168cm or decreased to the minimum size of 102cm. A perfect height of the microphone at a rapid rate performances is thus given at all times.

A microphone clamp (included) can be mounted on the tripod which allows you to attach the microphone cable conveniently. Thus, the microphone cord can not wiggle around causing unwanted noise. In addition the clamp keeps everything clean and tidy.

Thanks to the removable base, the stand fits easily into any car trunk. An outstanding yet affordable stand for studio, rehearsal room or stage!

Great Mic stand! However...

The stand itself is great, it's easy to use and a real 'people's favourite'. This review also covers the Pronomic MS-250.

However, there is a slight problem for entertainers that use a typical 'Elvis style' microphone; such as Pronomic DM-66S (00035960 and 00035959).

Once these microphones have been fitted to the stand, there is not enough room left to fit your microphone lead at the bottom. This is because of the one-grip handle located right at the top, where you connect your microphone. If you attach the lead onto the microphone first, it still won't fit, it refuses to screw together because the lead is now 'getting in the way'.

Maybe there is an extension attachment that will fit directly on top of the stand so to give a little clearance to fit the lead... I will certainly ask that question :)

Basically a nice heavy mic stand. The only drawback, if I want to use my retro microphone fits the xlr cable does not fit next to the handle so I have to use another stand for it. Too bad but justifiable.
