Der voraussichtliche Liefertermin hat sich dann einmal um 10 Tage verschoben, da sich die Lieferung des Herstellers verzögerte. Auch dafür möchten wir uns gerne entschuldigen.
In der Antwortmail haben wir Ihnen auch mitgeteilt, dass eine teilweise Abbuchung nicht möglich ist. Dafür hat die Kollegin aus dem Kundenservice sich in der Mail auch um Entschuldigung gebeten.
