When I ordered I was very skeptical because I hardly expected a satisfactory product for this price. Delivery was quick, the guitar was well packaged and arrived completely undamaged. After tuning, I was pleasantly impressed with the sound of the 3/4 guitar. My 9 year old grandson immediately enjoyed "playing" it, as the strings were not too hard to press and thus "usable" tones could be fabricated relatively quickly.
