If the L-00 of the late '30s marked the birth of a legend, this evolution carries that rich heritage into a new generation. Perfectly balanced and surprisingly powerful in projection, this guitar is ideal for studio sessions and impromptu jams.
The roomy body of premium mahogany and Sitka spruce delivers a strong low end, while the traditional handcrafted X-bracing provides punchy, complex mids and bright, clear highs. The supremely comfortable mahogany SlimTaper neck is topped with silky rosewood. Under the saddle, an LR Baggs VTC acoustic pickup offers lively, natural amplification and nuanced control via dedicated volume and tone knobs hidden in the soundhole.
