Hello,
how could you define the acoustic sound (am fingerstyle player)?
how high/low is the string action in mm at the 12th fret?

The guitar tends to have a rather brighter sound (can be quite advantageous for fingerpicking). The string spacing at the 12th fret is 3.5 mm for the 6th string.
