Blackstar HT-5R MkII - kleine Amp, großer Sound!
Wer es für Recordings oder Übungstunden etwas größer und wuchtiger mag, ist mit der neuen HT-5R MkII Serie perfekt bedient. Auch die Endstufen der neuen 5W Amps sind so konzipiert, dass sie schon bei niedrigen Lautstärken richtig groß klingen und genau die richtige Dosis Obertöne und Kompression abliefern.
Neu ist die schaltbare Leistungsreduktion auf 0,5W, der USB Audio Out, der Speaker Emulated Out in Stereo inkl. schaltbarem 1x12" und 4x12" Voicing, das neu designte Reverb sowie die fernschaltbaren Voicings im Clean- und Overdrive Kanal und nicht zu vergessen der edle Boutique-Look.
Das konventionelle EQ-Netzwerk für Dreiwege-Gitarren (auch bekannt als Bass, Middle und Treble) ist ein Schlüssel für die charakteristische "Stimme" herkömmlicher Gitarrenverstärker. Klassische Verstärkerdesigns haben ihre eigenen Versionen dieses Netzwerks, was zu eigenen Tonabstimmungen führt. Mit der ISF-Steuerung können Sie die Reaktion des Tone-Control-Netzwerks stufenlos zwischen den herkömmlichen Voicings so einstellen, wie es noch nie möglich war. Auf diese Weise können Sie Ihren eigenen Sound entwerfen und wirklich in Ihrem Kopf finden.

I got the MkII basically because of the power reduction to 0.5 watts.
It does the trick. Still a great sound but at a neighborhood tolerable level. The additional voices bring more variety and sound good.
What I like less is the disappeared standby switch. With the old model, I left the headphones plugged in most of the time. If I wanted to play on headphones, I just had to switch to standby. Now I have to plug it in and unplug it. That's a bit awkward with the output on the back.
The LEDs have gotten brighter, both on the amp and the footswitch, and are almost blinding. Didn't need that.
But I remain in any case with the MkII and thus Blackstar faithful.
