Stagecaptain's Heavyrack delivers an extremely sturdy storage rack that, thanks to its clever plug-in system, even non-experts can assemble quickly. The option to combine multiple racks or to arrange the unit flexibly — for example as a workbench — opens up all kinds of storage possibilities. Five wooden shelves, each with a load capacity of up to 175 kg (assuming even weight distribution), provide a total load capacity of up to 875 kg.
Intuitive Plug-In System
The HR-175 heavy-duty rack can be put together easily by non-experts thanks to its intuitive plug-in system and illustrated assembly instructions, and it requires no additional screws. Everything needed for assembly is included in the packaging. Its flexible setup options let you use the rack in a wide range of situations, including as a workbench. Multiple units can also be combined side-by-side or linked together.
5 Wooden Shelves With Up to 175 kg Capacity Each
Specially adapted MDF shelves provide excellent storage convenience, whether for crates, food, instruments or other items. Each shelf supports up to 175 kg when the load is evenly distributed.
Powder-Coated Metal Parts
Powder-coated metal components keep the rack rust-free over time, even when placed in damp basements or warehouses.
Note: Assembly takes about 30 minutes. We recommend keeping a rubber mallet and a flat-head screwdriver on hand as additional tools (not included). Wear gloves during assembly and, for heavier loads, anchor the rack to the wall.

The shelves are easy to assemble. You really need a rubber mallet, a screwdriver is unnecessary. One shelf I built with half the height and put as a room divider. From the stability, this is ok. At full height, the shelves are too unstable for a room divider solution. The shelves are very thin, so time will tell if they can take the weight. The shelves steam out for quite a long time, but if you air them vigorously once a day, you won't smell anything. Overall, I can recommend the shelf. If I need more space, I will buy additional shelves from it. The delivery was fast. Each shelf is packed in a single box, so you can carry the packages well from the weight. Even with the multiple packages, you can put each shelf individually. So that was a little unsorted ;-) LG
