The Fender American Ultra II Stratocaster HSS features a sleek alder body with smooth, ergonomic contours. The quartersawn maple neck (vertical grain) feels wonderfully smooth and supple with its "Modern D" profile, Ultra Satin finish, and ultra-soft rounded edges. The 10"-14" compound radius fretboard is available in ebony or quartersawn maple and is equipped with medium jumbo frets, Luminlay side dots, and a Graph Tech TUSQ nut. A tapered neck heel and sculpted body back provide unprecedented playability with comfortable access to the highest frets.

Innovation continues under the hood. Two specially voiced Ultra II Noiseless Hot Strat pickups and a Haymaker Humbucker give this guitar plenty of bite and deliver all the classic Strat tones, from sweet clean sounds to anthemic powerful leads – all completely hum-free. For additional tonal colors, simply split the Haymaker with our patented S-1 switch. Other tour-ready features include a synchronized American Ultra 2-point tremolo, polished stainless steel block saddles, deluxe locking tuners, soft-touch control knobs, and a single-ply anodized aluminum pickguard.
