The neck features a modern C-profile with a silky satin urethane finish on the back and carries a maple or rosewood slab fretboard with a 9.5" radius, gently rounded edges, and 22 medium jumbo frets. The classic alder body comes either in the popular timeless Fender finishes or in brand-new historic colors freshly pulled from the archive.
The Player Series Alnico V Mustang Single-Coils deliver crystal-clear highs, musical mids, and punchy lows. The 3-way toggle switch lets you blend the bell-like bright character of the neck pickup with the snappy bite of the bridge pickup in different combinations. Strings run over a hardtail bridge with bent steel saddles. ClassicGear tuners keep your tuning stable.
