Resonant Woods Made of Maple!
Claves are the key rhythm instrument in Afro-Cuban music. They set the pulse of the music. To create the sharp tone, the two sticks are simply struck together. This assertive sound is also found in modern pop and concert music. Their easy handling makes this durable instrument ideal for schools, kindergartens, and early musical education.
