Modern Interpretation of Tibetan Singing Bowls!

The Crystal Singing Bowl 10" Lotus has a diameter of approx. 25 cm and is made from quartz crystal. The material gains excellent acoustic properties through a special manufacturing process, where glass is melted and shaped by a centrifuge. The instrument is visually completed by a stylish frosted glass design with a rough, white surface and colorful lotus motif.

Crystal singing bowls produce spherical, long-lasting tones with a strong fundamental and "singing," harmonic overtones, just like traditional versions made from bronze or brass alloys. Compared directly, the modern glass variant sounds even clearer and sustains longer than its metallic counterpart.

Aligned to the Throat Chakra

The blue 10" model is tuned to the note G and aligned to the throat chakra. In the 432 Hz version, the tuning A is not at the Western standard frequency of 440 Hz but at 432 Hz. This tuning is said to have a particularly relaxing and calming effect. It should be played either solo or together with other 432 Hz instruments (for example, a Sela Unity Handpan).

Each Crystal Singing Bowl in the Lotus series is color- and sound-matched to one of the seven energy centers of traditional chakra theory. They are especially suitable for meditation, sound massages, and therapeutic purposes, as the harmonious voice of the singing bowls can help reduce stress and bring body and mind into harmony.

The Crystal Singing Bowl Lotus comes with a wooden mallet specially designed for use with crystal singing bowls. Its handle made of Asian schima wood fits comfortably in the hand and, with its rubber head, allows both gentle striking and rubbing of the bowls.

Depending on playing technique and intensity, the crystal singing bowl can produce a wide variety of tones. Additionally, the included silicone ring ensures a secure stand and optimal vibration behavior of the bowl—allowing it to always unleash its full sonic potential.
