No bad surprises, the finish is superb, the interior although "raw", and good, no cracks on the wooden slats, and the resin has been put quite cleanly. The skins sound good, although a change for branded skins will probably improve the sound.
I had to screw some nuts more seriously inside the congas, and slightly twist the feet outwards, for a better balance, (I'm a maniac) nothing serious.
So much for a top quality/price ratio. I am completely satisfied.

After what felt like an eternity (about 8 weeks), the congas arrived undamaged in good packaging, and lo and behold: As far as I can judge as a guitarist, the material and workmanship of the shells and the stand are of good quality. The heads also sound good in my opinion, but you can whaben alternatives.
Only the mounting screws of the fittings are not all completely screwed in, but this is easy to fix. Conclusion: Recommended for beginners as well as for occasional drummers.
