A Visually and Sonically Unique Addition to Any Cymbal Setup!
The Pure Alloy Custom Splash features a custom smoked-bronze top and a brilliant bottom, giving the cymbal its crisp attack and warm sustain. Its soft response and exceptional tonal character make this splash highly versatile.
What Makes the Pure Alloy Custom Series Special?
Meinl received numerous requests for thinner models in the Pure Alloy series. After testing various options, the Pure Alloy Custom series includes thinner cymbals in the medium-thin range. They produce a softer attack with a warm fundamental character and decay quickly, while retaining the clear tone and sustain known from the Pure Alloy series. To set these cymbals apart, they feature a finish called Custom Smoked-Bronze on the top and a brilliant polished bottom.
