apart from the split function ,can you play two sounds at the same time in the sense that on the same chord I have for example piano + violins ? Thanks

Dear Team,
I have a question about the sound of the keys. When hitting the keys, you almost always hear a knocking sound as if the keys hit when released. Is this normal ? I have no comparison or am I doing something wrong ? Please give me a short feedback.
I have the electric piano about 4 weeks and otherwise find it fantastic

The tapping comes from the real hammer action. Here, the key feel of a "real", acoustic piano is imitated. In the acoustic piano, a very hard, felt-covered hammer hits a tightly stretched steel string. In the digital piano, this is simulated by a metal hammer hitting a very hard felt. The impact and the falling back of the hammer can be heard as a knocking noise. This is not a defect, but a quality feature. Classic Cantabile has even muffled this noise. Many manufacturers are noticeably louder here. Have fun with the instrument!
