Weighted Hammer Keyboard with Adjustable Touch Sensitivity

The weighted keyboard of the DP-210 with real hammer action simulates the playing feel of an acoustic piano with traditional mechanics as authentically as possible for the pianist. The 88 keys feature a certain "natural" resistance when pressed down, just like classic acoustic pianos. The keyboard is also velocity-sensitive, meaning the notes sound louder or softer depending on how hard you press a key. Thanks to the different settings ("Touch Response" = touch sensitivity), you can, for example, produce a relatively loud sound even with a gentle touch (setting "Soft"). This function is especially helpful for the youngest piano beginners. To reliably protect the keyboard from dust, the DP-210 comes with a keyboard cover.

64-Note Polyphony

Thanks to the 64-note polyphony, the digital piano can play up to 64 notes simultaneously. This range of available tones allows the player to use voices from various musical styles, from classical to rock, anytime with stereo sound.

26 Different Sounds

The extensive selection of 26 high-quality WMA voices allows for different melodic emphases during play, creating a wide range of moods. Pianists can enjoy plenty of room for experimentation. The "Dual Mode" (Layer) and "Split Mode" Functions

With the "Layer" function, you can combine two voices—such as strings and piano—layering them to create a particularly impressive, full sound. "Split" divides your keyboard into two separate zones. You can assign different voices to each zone and, for example, play strings with your left hand and piano with your right. Volume levels for the different sounds can be adjusted separately in both "Layer" and "Split" modes.

Metronome and Headphone Jacks

To help you keep the right beat and tempo while practicing, the DP-210 features an integrated metronome. Both tempo and volume can be adjusted as desired. Additionally, the DP-210 has two headphone jacks, allowing you to practice and play anytime without disturbing neighbors. The second headphone jack also lets others listen to your playing "silently."

The "Soft", "Sostenuto" and "Sustain" Pedals

The DP-210 digital piano offers three pedals like an acoustic grand piano, letting you shape the sound of your pieces precisely. The soft pedal on the left and the sostenuto pedal in the middle are played with the left foot. The sustain pedal on the right is the most commonly used; it lets all notes ring out. The middle sostenuto pedal sustains only the notes already played. The left soft pedal reduces the volume of struck notes, producing a softer sound.

Piano Bench

The included piano bench combines elegant looks with high-quality features such as sturdy legs with non-slip rubber feet, a smooth, precise spindle mechanism with a double scissor system for reliable height adjustment, and a durable, comfortable seat covered in white corduroy fabric.

Headphones

The included headphones deliver full, balanced sound with rich bass and clear highs. They offer plenty of volume and precise stereo imaging. The softly padded, wide headband is adjustable in length with 12 steps on each side for an optimal fit. For extra comfort, the ear cups rotate on two axes. Thick, soft padding on the circumaural cups also provides good external noise isolation. The 3.5 mm stereo jack ensures excellent transmission quality, and a 6.3 mm stereo adapter is included.
