One star deduction does not concern the piano, but the delivery and processing: instead of ordered rosewood color we got the piano in black, the piano bench in rosewood... And that as a set!

Hello, at the end of 2017 we bought one of your electric pianos DP210, through Lidlshop. It has a Midi/USB output, but it needs a driver to connect it to the PC. Can you tell us where to get such a driver for free or cheap if possible?

Windows recognizes new hardware if necessary. The required drivers are part of the operating system (at least Windows XP
or higher is required). For Windows, follow its instructions for installation.
