Too loud!" - "Not true!"
The McGrey sound level meter is just what you need to shut down the harsh, unfriendly accusations of the ever-grouchy neighbor crying, "too loud." This gives you a concrete, friendly way to tell your neighbors that the intense noise is just a little bit of music from the sound system.
The measurement is right!
The McGrey sound level meter creates clarity in no time so that you know whether the noise levels at home, at work, in the rehearsal room, at concerts, in restaurants and at school are within reasonable limits or whether measures should be taken to reduce noise levels or take protective measures (such as hearing protection in an assembly hall).
Wide measuring range and easy handling
The McGrey SLM-100 has a wide measuring range from very quiet sounds (e.g. whispering at appr. 30 dBA) to unbearably loud noise sources (eg aircraft engine: 130 dBA). With the simple push of a button, you can get either the current sound level or the peak level as a reference to measure against.
LCD display with automatic backlighting
The backlighting of the display will turn on automatically when the ambient light is too weak.
