The Ocean Drum brings the relaxing sound of waves crashing on the beach into your living room. Its soothing effect is also often used in music and sound therapy.
Fancy a little getaway?
The inside of the drum contains around 200 plastic beads. Gently tilt the instrument back and forth to set them rolling and create a "wave" sound. Because the beads are square rather than round, they produce a strong sound that can also be brought to a stop quickly.
Also suitable as a regular frame drum
With its two tightly fitted drumheads, the drum can of course also be played as a conventional frame drum. Depending on how firmly you strike it, the beads vibrate more or less, giving the ocean drum its own distinctive sound.

At first I could not imagine how a soft Ozenrauschen can arise through the angular beads, but I was surprised, because just through the edges arises a really nice rushing surf. Compared to other cheap alternatives it is nice and well made.
