The One True Mackie Sound - In Your New Personal PA With Bluetooth!
As a live musician, public speaker or in any other situation where you need to make sure the audience can hear someone clearly, you've likely run into the shortcomings of most portable speaker systems. They're either too big and heavy to transport and set up easily, or they're small but lack the power, sound quality and reliability required for a successful performance.
Now you can put those concerns to rest. Mackie FreePlay LIVE is the perfect personal PA for anyone who needs a lightweight, great-sounding solution for music and speech presentations with plenty of punch. It runs on mains or battery, and the built-in high-capacity battery delivers up to 15 hours of rich, powerful sound. The FreePlay LIVE is also highly flexible, with inputs for microphone, guitar, keyboard or various playback devices.
Music can also be streamed wirelessly from any Bluetooth-enabled device. And the FreePlay Connect App gives you the freedom to control everything from level to EQ to achieve excellent sound in any situation, and even to wirelessly link to a second FreePlay-series Bluetooth speaker for synchronized playback.
So get ready to rock the pub, host an open jam on the beach, present to your sales team or MC the event in the park. FreePlay LIVE gives you the freedom to rely on your sound, wherever you go and whatever you do.

Only unfortunately, the app to the box again does not connect (I already knew). My efforts also directly via Mackie brought no success. In the forums I could read that this problem is known.
Had therefore purchased a digital mixer (Behringer) and control so my event. Works great.
Because of the useless app there is one star less. The box itself has earned five.
