Patina Guitars PS-4 - Vintage Look Meets Modern Precision!
The Patina Guitars PS-4 is an exclusive electric guitar that impresses with its classic design, high-quality components and handcrafted precision. It combines traditional construction with modern features, offering a perfect blend of vintage charm and contemporary playability. Ideal for players who value tone, comfort and style.
Lightweight Body, Characterful Tone
The PS-4's body is made from Paulownia — known for its extremely low weight and excellent resonance. This wood delivers quick response and a balanced tonal character. The nitro lacquer gives the guitar an authentic vintage look that develops a beautiful patina over time.
Premium Neck for Comfortable Playability
The quarter-sawn roasted maple neck is not only a visual highlight but, thanks to its heat treatment, offers maximum stability and improved resonance. The Modern C profile combined with the rosewood fretboard guarantees comfortable playability across the entire 25.5" scale. 22 jumbo stainless steel frets with rounded edges provide perfect intonation and longevity — ideal for dynamic playing.
Handwound Pickups for Authentic Tone
The pickup configuration of two custom handwound Alnico V single coils (neck and middle) and a powerful custom handwound humbucker at the bridge offers a wide tonal palette — from sparkling cleans to fat overdrive riffs. The 5-way switch enables flexible tonal combinations, while the volume and tone controls allow precise shaping. The PS-4 easily covers everything from blues and funk to hard rock.
Reliable Hardware and Thoughtful Details
The PS-4 comes equipped with high-quality locking tuners and a precisely working tremolo system that combine tuning stability with expressive potential. The pickguard and vintage skirt-style knob caps accentuate the classic look. The guitar ships with D'Addario EXL110 strings factory-fitted, providing optimal tone and playability.
Tradition Meets Innovation
With its aged finish, nitro lacquer and carefully selected components, the Patina Guitars PS-4 is an instrument for connoisseurs. It shines on stage and in the studio — and will inspire you every day with its sound, looks and build quality.
