Fender Limited Edition Cory Wong Stratocaster Daphne Blue - Return (Condition: Very Good)

Fender Limited Edition Cory Wong Stratocaster Rosewood Fingerboard in Daphne Blue with Case!

Guitarist, producer and arranger Cory Wong is known for his incredible funk playing and inventive lead work. His tasteful playing with Vulfpeck and his Grammy-nominated solo work have earned him a devoted following and sold-out arena shows. The Cory Wong Stratocaster is a tribute to Cory’s favorite Fender, carefully modified to meet the funk master's needs.

The satin finish recreates the look and feel of Cory’s beloved original Strat, while the reduced alder body – slightly smaller than a typical Stratocaster – combined with the American Ultra Modern "D" neck and contoured body shaping provides a sublimely comfortable playing experience. A set of Seymour Duncan Cory Wong Clean Machine pickups delivers classic Strat quack and vocal-like tones, fine-tuned to achieve his unmistakable sound.

Other features include a maple neck with a subtly modified headstock shape, a rosewood fingerboard with rolled edges and a 10"-14" radius, a 6-screw vintage-style synchronized tremolo, Deluxe Locking Tuners for improved tuning stability and easy string changes, and a push/push tone 2 pot that bypasses the 5-way switch and defaults to "position 4." Also included are a Cory Wong hair tie (to mute the tremolo springs for Cory’s rhythm tone), a set of rubber strap-lock washers and a special neck plate.
