Classic Cantabile H-22LG AW Celtic Harp 22 Strings - Return (Condition: Very Good)

Bring the Wide Nordic World Into Your Living Room!

For fans of Celtic (and, of course, other) music, the 22-string Celtic Harp from Classic Cantabile delivers feel-good tones for everyone.

Improved Lever Mechanism

A standout feature of this harp is the improved, color-coded tuning levers. Each string is fitted with a half-step lever that, when engaged, raises the pitch of that string by a semitone. These levers make intonation easier and more precise than ever before.

Whether you're an experienced player looking for fine adjustments or a beginner exploring the instrument, the color-coded levers give you clear orientation and let you tune the strings with precision.

Typical Design

Characteristic of the Celtic harp is the distinct curved shape of the pillar, similar to the motif found on the Irish coat of arms. The lever harp, made of ash, offers a range of 3 octaves (a - a³).

Tuning

The 22 strings are tuned diatonically in E-flat major, with the blue and red strings marking the locations of C and F. By flipping up the respective levers, the harp can be quickly retuned to another key, making it very flexible for playing with others. For first attempts and easier learning, a C tuning is also possible. Two tuning keys are provided for tuning the instrument: the square key is applied to the tuning pegs, while the hex key is used for the fine tuners on the opposite side.

With Feet

This LG variant of the popular H-22 harp comes with four feet that simply screw into the bottom of the instrument. That positions the harp at an ideal playing height. For transport, the legs are unscrewed again and stowed in the outer pocket.

Includes Case

The softly padded case not only protects your instrument from dust and scratches, its outer pocket even holds both tuning keys and other accessories.

Simply Heavenly!
