Classic Cantabile - Sounds Simply Better!
The AS-851 is ideal for beginners and progressing guitarists! Whether for music lessons, band practice, live on stage or around the campfire: this guitar will bring you joy everywhere!
The Classic Cantabile AS-851 - The Perfect Starter Or Second Instrument
The Classic Cantabile AS-851 is perfectly suited for guitar beginners. With a scale of 50.5 cm, the instrument is tuned to children of about 4 to 7 years. Of course, adult beginners also benefit from the AS-851's easy playability.
Selected Materials - Clean Craftsmanship
Only carefully selected materials are used for AS-851 guitars. The laminated top and body produce a nice, warm tone and the precisely crafted bridge transfers the string vibration down to the smallest detail even with a gentle touch. The smooth-running tuning machines also ensure optimal tuning stability.
A Tone That Lets You Hear It!
Especially for beginners it's important that learning is fun. A guitar must not only be functional to guarantee optimal learning progress, but the sound must also not be neglected. The AS-851 models deliver an expressive tone that guarantees a lot of fun and also allows a good assessment of your own playing.
Classic Looks
The AS-851 stands out visually with its light natural top and darker tinted body. The elaborately crafted rosette, the attractive decorative tuning machines and the understated headstock complete the visual package.
Which Guitar Size Is Right?
The scale indicates the size of a guitar—or more precisely: the length of the vibrating string between the nut and the bridge. The standard scale is 650 mm and corresponds to a 4/4 guitar. All other sizes are therefore smaller and are recommended accordingly for children and young people.
Our Recommendations for the Scale Matching Age and Body Size:
| 1/4 Size | Age 4 to 7 years | Body height up to 110 cm | Scale approx. 47–49 cm |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1/2 Size | Age 5 to 9 years | Body height 110 to 130 cm | Scale approx. 53–55 cm |
| 3/4 Size | Age 8 to 11 years | Body height 120 to 140 cm | Scale approx. 59–62 cm |
| 7/8 Size | Age 10 to 13 years | Body height 130 to 150 cm | Scale approx. 62–63 cm |
| 4/4 Size | Age from approx. 14 years | Body height from approx. 150 cm | Scale approx. 63–65 cm |
