Fender Duel Pugilist Distortion - 2-Channel Distortion Pedal by Fender!
The Duel Pugilist offers the same distortion voicings as Fender's popular Pugilist pedal, but with several new combination options.
The Duel Pugilist offers three operating modes: Series, Mute and Parallel. The Series mode lets you stack the two distortions like two separate pedals, while the Bypass mode allows you to blend two different distortions or a clean sound with a distorted one. The Mute mode gives you the option to use one distortion sound as the main tone and layer another distortion sound on top for additional thickness and complexity. The pedal also features an additional 2-band master shelving EQ.
The Duel Pugilist was developed by Fender's in-house tone gurus and is a completely new Fender circuit. The chassis is made from lightweight, durable anodized aluminum and the LED-backlit knobs display your control settings at a glance even on a dark stage.
