Ideal Starter Kit for Aspiring Drummers!
Practicing is a blast with the XDrum drum starter set. The kit is ideal for beginners to work through their first sticking exercises, and even pros can make good use of this practice set.
The snare drum with a steel shell delivers top-notch workmanship and all the features you expect from a proper snare. The snare throw-off works flawlessly and the tuning mechanisms perform reliably.
The included snare stand is solidly built, features a double-braced tripod with rubber feet for a non-slip stance, and is height adjustable. A threaded adjustment lets you set the stand to suit different snare sizes.
The 14" practice pad can be placed directly on the drumhead to reduce volume. For very quiet practice, place it on a hard surface (tabletop, chair), where it delivers realistic rebound at very low volume.
The set also includes a robust black, rip-resistant Cordura gig bag that offers room for the snare, the stand and extra accessories, a drum key, and a pair of 5A sticks.

The poles are well balanced, 37/38 g.
The rubber mat has virtually no rebound and is more suitable as a damping mat.
Who wants a good 'rebound', I recommend the well-known practice pads; the respective additional expenditure is worth it.
