High-Quality All-Weather Sound for the Garden!

Whether on the terrace while relaxing, in hotels and gastronomy, in amusement parks and playgrounds, at the next garden party or any other outdoor event or activity: with the new Pronomic HLS-560 360° speaker nothing stands in the way of enjoying music outdoors. If you value clean sound reproduction, even sound distribution, a weather-resistant enclosure and plenty of power, the HLS-560 garden speaker will not disappoint. The compact outdoor box delivers excellent coverage in both sun and rain.

Great Sound

The robust and durable HLS-560 2-way speaker delivers 240 Watt (Peak) of volume—more than enough for solid musical coverage and a great atmosphere. A 5.25" (133 mm) polypropylene cone woofer and a 0.75" (19 mm) titanium dome tweeter provide excellent, balanced signal resolution with very clean, precise and clear sound reproduction. To allow connection to all common hi-fi devices, the 360° box features an integrated raw cable.

360° Sound Distribution

The Pronomic HLS-560 is equipped with a first-class, precisely calculated sound diffuser that ensures even all-around sound distribution (360° horizontal, 40° vertical) with a balanced tonal character. That means a single speaker is entirely sufficient to evenly cover larger areas, such as a garden including the terrace. The HLS-560 therefore offers clear advantages over conventional speakers that are tied to a fixed dispersion angle.

Weatherproof Enclosure and Versatile Mounting Options

The robust, weatherproof plastic enclosure of the compact Pronomic speaker makes it a long-lasting and reliable companion. A sturdy aluminium grille protects the driver from foreign objects. The HLS-560 can be used standing, for example in the center of a beer garden, or hung above a sun terrace. When used as a freestanding unit, the speaker's base can be buried in the ground. That not only looks smart but also increases stability in stormy conditions. For hanging installation, two 3/8" threads are mounted on the underside to attach the speaker to high ceilings with eye bolts.

Water- and UV-Resistant

With its UV-resistant and waterproof design, this garden speaker can be used not only under blue skies and in dry conditions, but also by the pool and in the rain. The IP56 rating indicates the suitability of the Pronomic HLS-560 for outdoor use. The so-called IP code (International Protection Code) indicates an electronic device's suitability for certain temperatures, humidity, vapors, dust and other conditions. The IP56 rating means the HLS-560 is protected against strong jetting water and the enclosure also provides full protection against contact. Furthermore, dust—even in amounts that would normally be damaging—cannot harm this device.

70/100V Option

The HLS-560 outdoor box can be connected to all common hi-fi and PA amplifiers with 8 Ohm, and it also offers the option to operate on 100-volt systems. The required power setting (2, 4, 8, 16, 32 Watt) is selected via a rotary switch.
