The Perfect Start to Playing Guitar!
This guitar method contains nearly one hundred songs and pieces that introduce children from around 8 years old to guitar playing. It was primarily designed for group lessons but works just as well for private instruction.
Melody playing, accompaniment with bass notes, two-part solo playing, and of course chord-symbol-based song accompaniment are taught in small learning steps. Children’s songs, joke songs, and folk tunes from Germany and around the world replace monotonous exercises. Hans Joachim Teschner made sure that once the method is completed, students can immediately move on to the extensive available repertoire.
Most songs and pieces can be listened to: simply scan the QR code on the respective piece and you’re ready to go. For the songs for two guitars, there is a full version and a version missing one guitar part. So you can play along, fill in the missing part, or just listen to the pieces.
